Thank's for signing up for my Rooted Course & joining me on this seasonal and intentional journey.

This course is both an introduction to the work I do, as well as a way for you to ease yourself into the Seasonal and intentional way of living life. I hope by the end of this course and the next 12 sessions you will have experienced for yourself the difference and amazing improvements in your health & wellbeing that this way of life can offer.

The course materials are all hosted on Notion, the access link for which you will find below.

If you haven’t used Notion before, don’t worry, it’s really easy and straightforward and there are instructions below for you to follow if this is your first time using the platform.

Each of the sessions should take you no more than a few minutes to read and 30-50 minutes to complete the accompanying task(s) included in each session. 

These tasks are created as a way for you to experience the information shared in each session for yourself, and learn how to start integrating it into YOUR lifestyle to see how it works for you and your body/health/wellbeing specifically.

So don’t skip out on them, as they’re the most important part — True changes and health improvements do not happen from just reading, we must all be proactive and involved in creating the health and lifestyle we crave and deserve!

Because the intention of this course to to guide you to a more seasonal and aligned life & give you the ability to make more considered health choices that improve your health and wellbeing, do not feel you have to complete a session within a certain timeframe

You will have permanent access to the course materials from now on so complete each session at your own pace.

    First, create a free Notion account at https://www.notion.so

    What is Notion?

    Notion is an all-in-one workspace where you can write, plan, collaborate and get organized - it allows you to take notes, add tasks, manage projects & so much more.

    I use Notion for absolutely everything now; From internal planning, to creating client portals. Notion is my go to for organisation and planning.

    Once you have created your notion account and have the platform open follow the ‘Let’s Get Started’ steps

    If you are not familiar with Notion as a platform you may find a tutorial useful to get you started. Once your dashboard has opened you will find a link to Notion's How To section under important info.

    I recommend you watch these videos first if you feel a little intimidated.

    I promise it is a simple and straightforward platform to use and navigate once you get started!

Let’s Get Started

Open your notion account then take the following steps:

1. While logged in on a browser, click this link for the workbook:

2. In the toolbar on the top right select duplicate. This will now create a copy of the rooted dashboard.

3. Your browser will take you to that page, now duplicated into the Private section of your sidebar. It will include all the subpages contained in the original page.

4. You can now edit this page and anything in it privately in your own Workspace. This is your copy to access at any time and make any notes and annotations you find useful.

5. Watch the welcome video to get acquainted to the document and learn more about how to use it and best practices.

In case you haven't had the chance to explore my website yet, let me tell you a little about myself and why I can help you:

About 10 years ago I was diagnosed with a chronic illness Dr’s labelled ME/CFS, and after a couple of years struggling with different medications that only made me feel worse was told this was “As good as it was going to get”. I refused to accept that this was the quality of life and so began a deep dive into holistic health, herbal medicine & a whole world of alternative therapies I’d never heard of and never knew existed.

It took a while, and years experimentation and guesswork, but I figured it out and in the process, recovering from my chronic illness reconnected me with a love of nature, plants & the seasons.

I re-found my connection to myself and to the natural world around me. Two crucially important pieces of human health and wellbeing that we have been taught to ignore...

I realised the power of true self care, of being connected to nature, and that there is so much more to health than nutrition and working out.

I found the power of understanding my own body and how to heal and care for it without the need for drugs that give me side effects worse than my symptoms.

Now these deep soul deep beliefs form the basis and foundation of all that I do.
