You can learn everything there is to know about the seasons, you can understand the Moon, study astrology, you can create a beautiful seasonal plan.
But the real transformation happens when these ideas begin to become the way you live
The Seasonal Soul Inner circle Membership is your ongoing space for doing exactly that.
It is not another course to complete.
It is not another programme you need to keep up with.
It is a living resource of what’s happening now.
A place you can return to again and again to recalibrate and find your own alignment.
inner circle membership
Every month brings something different.
A new season, a different point in the lunar cycle, New astrological energy, Different levels of light.
Different invitations from nature. And, inevitably, a different version of you.
The membership helps you pause long enough to notice what is happening **now** and consider how you can work with it.
Rather than planning six months ahead and forgetting to check in with yourself along the way, you’ll have an ongoing rhythm of guidance and reflection that brings you back into the present.
What is happening around me?
What is happening within me?
What does this season, cycle or energy invite me towards?
And how can I work with it in my actual life?
The Seasonal Soul Inner Circle is a space to step outside of that expectation and begin creating a different way of living.
One that allows you to notice the seasons, work with the cycles of the Moon, understand the energetic themes of astrology, honour your own seasonal rhythm and plan your life in a way that supports your energy rather than constantly asking you to push beyond it.
It is not about abandoning your calendar, becoming perfectly aligned with every season or changing your entire life overnight.
It is about learning to listen.
And then having somewhere to return to, month after month, season after season, as you practise living differently.
so much of modern life asks you to live at the same pace all year round — to wake up, work, plan, achieve, exercise, socialise, create and keep showing up with the same energy regardless of what is happening in the world around you or within you.
We have become so accustomed to living by the clock, the calendar and the demands of modern productivity that it can be easy to forget that we are part of something much bigger; that the natural world is constantly changing, moving through periods of growth and expansion, abundance and activity, release and retreat, rest and renewal — and that we are changing alongside it.
Because this isn't another self-paced programme that you work through once and then put away.
It is an ongoing space for **seasonal living, cyclical planning, self-reflection and connection**, designed to help you keep coming back to the rhythm you are creating for yourself.
A place where the seasons give you the bigger picture, the Moon gives you a shorter cycle to work with, astrology offers another layer of insight, and your own energy becomes the thing you learn to listen to most closely.
You can understand that winter is a time for rest and reflection, but still find yourself filling every evening with work because you feel like you *should* be doing more.
You can know that the Full Moon is a natural point of illumination and release, but still move through the month without ever stopping to notice what is changing within you.
You can understand your own energy patterns and recognise that your needs change throughout the year, but still find yourself planning your life as though every week should look exactly the same.
This is where the Seasonal Soul Inner Circle comes in.
Learning about seasonal living is one thing. Actually living it is another.
The Seasonal Soul ecosystem has been created to give you different ways into this work.
The Seasonal Soul courses allow you to explore the individual pieces — the seasons, astrology, the Moon, your own seasonal rhythm and cyclical planning — so that you can build your understanding at your own pace and choose the areas that feel most relevant to you.
Your Year of Becoming takes that understanding deeper through three-month, astrology-led seasonal chapters, giving you space for more intentional inner work and personal transformation.
And then there is the Seasonal Soul Inner Circle.
This is where you get to live it.
Because knowing how cyclical living works is only the beginning. The real transformation happens when these ideas start becoming part of the way you move through an ordinary Tuesday, plan your week, make decisions, respond to your energy, navigate change and create space for what you actually need.
The courses teach you the language.
The membership helps you speak it.
The Seasonal Soul ecosystem has been created to give you different ways into this work.
A living, breathing approach to seasonal living
The Inner Circle is built around a simple idea: your wellbeing, your energy and the way you organise your life are not separate things.
The way you plan your month affects how much space you have to rest, the amount of energy you have available affects what is realistic for you to take on, the season you are moving through can influence what you naturally want and need, and your nervous system is constantly responding to the pace and demands of the life you are asking it to hold.
So rather than giving you another collection of things to consume, the Inner Circle brings these pieces together into one ongoing rhythm of seasonal guidance, cyclical planning, wellbeing, nervous system support and self-awareness.
Each month gives you an opportunity to pause, notice where you are, understand the energy around you and make choices that feel supportive for the life you are actually living.
You don't need to do everything.
You don't need to complete every resource.
You simply have somewhere to return to, month after month and season after season, when you want a little more guidance, perspective, support or space to reconnect with yourself.
Inside the membership, you'll have access to:

Seasonal guidance
The seasons provide the bigger rhythm that everything else within the Inner Circle sits within, offering a natural framework for understanding the changing energy of the year and giving you permission to recognise that you are not supposed to feel, behave or operate in exactly the same way from January through to December.
Each month, you'll receive guidance around the season you are moving through, the changes happening in the natural world and the qualities that this particular point in the year invites you to explore, whether that is the emergence and forward movement of spring, the expansion and abundance of summer, the gathering and releasing of autumn or the slowing down and restoration of winter.
We'll work with the turning points of the year, including the solstices, equinoxes and Wheel of the Year, as moments to pause and mark the transition from one season into another, rather than simply allowing the year to rush past unnoticed.
You'll receive:
Monthly seasonal guidance and themes
Solstice and equinox reflections
Wheel of the Year guidance and rituals
Seasonal wellbeing practices
Nature connection practices
Seasonal lifestyle and self-care suggestions
Guidance around rest, action and changing energy
Reflections around what this season is asking of you
Simple ways to bring seasonal living into your everyday life
The intention isn't to give you a set of seasonal rules to follow, because seasonal living isn't about suddenly deciding that you must wake with the sunrise in summer or retreat from the world every winter.
It is about becoming more observant.
Noticing what is changing around you, noticing what is changing within you, and beginning to recognise that there may be a more supportive way to move through those changes when you stop expecting yourself to remain exactly the same all year round.
02
Moon cycles & lunar living
The Moon and astrology give us another layer of rhythm to work with, helping you understand the energetic themes moving through the month while giving you regular opportunities to pause, reflect and notice what is happening within your own life.
Rather than turning astrology into something complicated that you need to study or the Moon into another list of rituals you are somehow failing to complete, the Inner Circle brings these cycles back to something much more practical and personal.
They become tools for awareness.
The astrology can help you notice the wider themes and questions that may be present, while the Moon gives you regular points within the month to pause, reflect, reset and consciously move from one phase into another.
Inside the Inner Circle, you'll receive guidance around:
New Moons and the themes of new beginnings, intention and planting seeds
Full Moons and the themes of illumination, culmination, celebration and release
The changing astrological seasons throughout the year
Significant planetary transits and energetic shifts
Weekly lunar and astrological energy
How the current astrology connects with the wider seasonal rhythm
Reflection prompts to help you explore how these themes are showing up in your own life
Guidance around working with the energy rather than feeling as though you need to make something happen
Simple weekly energy forecasts that translate the astrology and Moon into something practical and easy to understand
You don't need to know your birth chart.
You don't need to understand every planetary transit.
And you certainly don't need to change your life every time the Moon changes signs.
The purpose is simply to give you another lens through which to understand yourself and the cycles you are moving through, so that you can become more curious about what is happening rather than feeling as though you always have to push through it.

03
Seasonal wellbeing
Your wellbeing doesn't exist separately from the season you are living through.
The way you want to move, eat, socialise, work, rest, create and spend your time can naturally change throughout the year, and learning to recognise those changes can help you create a relationship with wellbeing that feels much more responsive and sustainable.
Inside the Inner Circle, seasonal wellbeing isn't about giving you another perfect morning routine, a list of foods you should eat or a set of habits you need to maintain regardless of how you actually feel.
Instead, we'll explore what might support you at this particular point in the year and how you can adapt those ideas to your own circumstances, energy and needs.
This might include:
Seasonal food and nourishment
Movement and activity
Rest and recovery
Morning and evening rhythms
Nature connection
Seasonal self-care
Embodiment and body awareness
Pleasure, play and creativity
Emotional wellbeing
Energy management
Seasonal rituals
Journalling and reflection
Creating more supportive rhythms around work and everyday life
Because there is no one way to live seasonally, and there is no perfect version of seasonal wellbeing that you need to achieve.
The purpose is to become more aware of what nourishes you, what drains you, what helps you feel grounded and what your body seems to be asking for as the year changes, so that wellbeing becomes something you are continually responding to rather than another standard you are trying to live up to.

04
monthly guidance & planning calls
This is where the philosophy of cyclical living becomes something you can actually use in your everyday life.
Because it is one thing to understand that your energy changes throughout the year, and another thing entirely to look at your calendar and actually plan around that understanding.
At the beginning of each month, you'll have a monthly seasonal and cyclical planning framework to help you step out of the day-to-day for a moment and look at the month as a whole.
We'll consider the season you are entering, the energy you are bringing with you, what is happening in the wider cycles, what matters most to you right now and, perhaps most importantly, what you realistically have the capacity to hold.
Instead of beginning with: What do I need to get done?
you'll be encouraged to ask:
What actually matters right now?
What do I have capacity for?
Where does my energy need to go?
What can wait?
What would make this month feel supportive rather than simply productive?
The live monthly planning and reset calls give you somewhere to slow down and work through these questions with guidance and support, helping you look back at what has happened, acknowledge what you have learned, reconnect with your priorities and create a plan for the month ahead that reflects the season you are actually in.
You'll explore:
Monthly cyclical planning
Seasonal goal setting
Monthly intentions and priorities
Energy and capacity planning
Planning around your actual life and responsibilities
Choosing what matters most right now
Knowing when to initiate, build, maintain, review, release or rest
Making space for wellbeing and recovery
Reviewing what worked and what didn't
Transitioning intentionally between seasons
Creating plans that support your energy rather than constantly consuming it
Because planning your life isn't about seeing how much you can possibly fit into a month.
It is about understanding what deserves your energy, what is genuinely important and what kind of support you need in order to move towards it without constantly overriding yourself along the way.
back
05
nervous system regulation
This is the part of the Inner Circle that brings everything back into the body. Because you can know that you need to rest, understand that you are in a slower season and have a beautifully organised cyclical plan, but if your nervous system is still operating as though you are constantly under pressure, it can be incredibly difficult to actually experience that rest.
Modern life can keep us in a state of doing, anticipating, responding and trying to keep up, and over time we can become so accustomed to that pace that slowing down can feel uncomfortable in itself. So nervous system regulation is not included here as another productivity tool, and it isn't about learning how to regulate yourself so that you can become even more efficient.
It is about developing a deeper awareness of your body's signals and having simple practices that can help you create more space, safety and capacity within your everyday life.
We'll explore themes such as:
Rest and recovery
Safety and regulation
Overwhelm and overstimulation
Energy management
Boundaries
Slowing down
Embodiment
Emotional capacity
Receiving rather than constantly doing
Sustainable action
Reconnecting with the body
Creating supportive daily rhythms
You'll have access to practical nervous system practices, grounding tools, somatic and embodied practices, journalling prompts, rituals and gentle resources that you can return to depending on what you actually need.
So if you are overwhelmed, have very little energy, have been pushing yourself too hard, or feel disconnected from your body.....there is somewhere to go.
The aim isn't to make you better at coping with a life that is asking too much of you.
It is to help you become more aware of your own capacity, recognise when something needs to change and develop a more compassionate relationship with the signals your body is already giving you.
back
06
your seasonal rhythm
And underneath all of this is your own seasonal rhythm.
Because this is perhaps the most important part of the work.
The seasons, Moon and astrology can give us beautiful frameworks for understanding cycles, but they are not there to tell you exactly how you should feel on a particular day or what you should be doing at a particular point in the year.
Your rhythm is yours.
Your energy is influenced by your body, your work, your relationships, your responsibilities, your environment, your experiences and the particular season of life you are moving through, and all of those things matter.
You might feel incredibly energised in winter one year and desperately need to retreat the next. You might find that spring brings a huge sense of possibility, or you might enter spring feeling exhausted and in need of more recovery.
You might have a naturally expansive summer, or you might discover that your busiest season of work happens to fall right in the middle of it.
There is no contradiction in this.
Seasonal living isn't about fitting yourself into the seasons; it is about using the seasons as a framework for noticing yourself more clearly.
Inside the Inner Circle, you'll be encouraged to pay attention to your own patterns over time and begin developing a deeper understanding of how your energy, capacity, needs and desires change throughout the year.
You'll have opportunities to reflect on:
When you naturally have more or less energy
When you tend to want to begin, create, connect or expand
When you naturally want more solitude and quiet
What happens to your wellbeing as the seasons change
Which routines and practices genuinely support you
Where you tend to overextend yourself
What your body is communicating before you reach exhaustion
How your capacity changes throughout the year
What you need more of, and what you might need less of
How you can create a life that has room for both movement and rest
Over time, this becomes something much more valuable than simply knowing what season it is -- You begin to know yourself within the seasons.
You start recognising your own patterns rather than comparing yourself to someone else's capacity, and you become better able to make decisions based on what is actually true for you rather than what you think you should be able to do.
This is where cyclical living becomes deeply personal.
back
All of these pieces come together in a simple monthly rhythm, so that the Inner Circle becomes something you can naturally weave into your life rather than another membership you need to keep up with.
At the beginning of each month
You'll receive your monthly seasonal, wellbeing and astrological guidance, alongside your cyclical planning resources, helping you understand the month ahead and decide what deserves your attention.
Throughout the month
You'll receive weekly energy guidance, bringing together the current season, Moon and astrology with a simple focus, wellbeing suggestion, reflection and planning prompt.
Once a month
We'll come together for a live cyclical planning and reset call, giving you the opportunity to look back, check in with your energy and capacity, and consciously plan the month ahead.
Throughout the year
You'll build your own personal toolkit of seasonal wellbeing, nervous system regulation, rituals, reflections and planning resources, so you can return to what you need whenever you need it.
And because this is cyclical living, there is no expectation that you will use everything every month.
Some months you might want to immerse yourself in the season.
Some months you might simply need the planning call.
Some months your nervous system might need more support than anything else.
Some months you might be fascinated by the astrology and want to follow every lunar shift.
And some months you might barely have time to open the membership at all.
You are not falling behind.
The membership is here to support your life, not become another thing your life has to accommodate.
A rhythm you can actually live with
what you leave with is not just a plan - but a sense of internal alignment
Decide what matters most. Set your intentions, choose mantras and affirmations and be aware of times that may require more rest or selfcare.
Space to slow down, recalibrate, and reconnect with Gentle, guided reflection to help you clarify priorities that actually fit your capacity
The Moon phases ahead and how to work with them for planning, action, rest, and reflection
The astrological themes shaping the collective and personal landscape
The seasonal energy of the month and how it affects your body, emotions, and nervous system
Inside each monthly call we'll explore...
If you are longing for a way of living that feels more intentional, grounded and connected, but you don't want another rigid routine, productivity system or set of expectations to add to your already-full life, the membership will work for you.
It is for you if you want to reconnect with nature and the changing seasons, understand your own patterns more deeply, work with your energy rather than constantly pushing against it, and create rhythms that support both the things you want to do and the person you are becoming.
It is for you if you are curious about the Moon and astrology and want to use them as beautiful tools for reflection and self-awareness, rather than simply consuming information and moving on.
And it is for you if you are ready to stop measuring your life by how much you can fit into it, and start paying more attention to how you want your life to feel.
This is support in creating a deeper relationship with yourself, your energy, the natural world and the cycles that have been moving around you all along.
You don't need to quit your job, throw away your calendar, move to the countryside or wake with the sunrise every morning in order to create a more seasonal, cyclical way of living.
You don't need to perfectly align your routines with every season, follow a long list of seasonal rituals or suddenly become someone who plans their entire life around the Moon.
Because the beauty of cyclical living is that it can meet you exactly where you are.
You can have a busy career, children, responsibilities, deadlines and a calendar that is already full, and still begin to notice the season you are moving through and the ways your own energy is changing alongside it.
You can take five minutes to pause at the beginning of a new month, change the way you plan your week, notice when your energy is naturally beginning to rise or fall, create a small ritual to mark a seasonal transition or simply give yourself permission to do a little less when your capacity is asking for it.
You can begin making choices that support the life you actually have rather than constantly overriding yourself in an attempt to keep up with the life you think you should be living.
And perhaps most importantly, you don't have to figure it all out on your own.
The beauty of cyclical living is that it can meet you exactly where you are
